The short version
Tuxemado.info is designed to be read without an account, a checkout flow, or a profile. The contact form on the homepage is a browser-only drafting aid: it does not transmit the text you enter to Tuxemado. If you decide to send an email to the address shown on the site, your email service will handle that message under its own terms as well as the practices described here.
Information you choose to send
If you contact us by email, we receive the information contained in your message, such as your name, email address, course interest, and the details you choose to share about a project or question. We use that information to read, respond to, and keep an orderly record of the conversation. Please avoid including passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive material in a general enquiry.
Browser storage and cookies
The homepage may use a small item of browser storage during your visit to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. It is not used to build a profile, follow you between unrelated websites, or measure advertising activity. You can remove stored site data through your browser settings at any time. Third-party resources, including the font, Bootstrap, icon and jQuery delivery services referenced by the page, may receive ordinary technical requests from your browser when their files are loaded.
Technical information
Like most websites, a hosting provider or delivery network may process routine technical data necessary to deliver a page, including an IP address, browser type, request time, page requested and basic error information. We do not present this information as a learner profile or use it to make decisions about a person. We do not knowingly sell contact information or rent mailing lists.
How long information is kept
Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably useful for responding, maintaining the relevant record, resolving an issue, or meeting a legal obligation. When a conversation no longer needs to be retained, it can be deleted from the working mailbox or archive. A person may also ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information they supplied in an enquiry, subject to any narrow recordkeeping need that applies.
Your choices and contact
You may browse without sending an enquiry, use your browser’s privacy controls, or contact us to ask how a particular message has been handled. To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Please describe the email address or conversation that will help us locate the information. We may need to confirm that a request comes from the relevant person before acting on it.
Changes to this notice
If the site’s information practices change materially, this page will be updated with a new revision date. The current notice applies to information collected after it is published; older correspondence remains subject to the version that applied when it was sent, except where a change is required by law or is more protective of privacy.
